Qualis is looking for a full-time NAVWAR Test Manager / GPS
Enterprise Project Officer based in Holloman Air Force Base, New
Mexico.
Reporting to the GPS Enterprise Test Management Element Chief of
the 746th Test Squadron (746 TS), you will play a critical role in
overseeing test engineering, execution, data analysis, and
reporting for Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) programs.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for applying
multidisciplinary engineering techniques and principles to
interpret test data and communicate results to stakeholders,
enabling informed decision-making on test and evaluation
objectives.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not
limited to:
Overseeing cost, schedule, and performance management for assigned
PNT test programs
Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including customers, test
engineers, instrumentation engineers, and project managers, to meet
NAVWAR objectives and ensure program success
Employing innovative methods, including the use or development of
computer-aided engineering and analysis tools
Developing and maintaining data release and access procedures for
stakeholder evaluations
Planning, directing, and completing analyses and studies while
preparing comprehensive reports
Actively engaging in threat working groups, integrated test teams,
and frequency management meetings to align with NAVWAR
objectives
Providing oversight of the squadron's GPS Radio Frequency
Authorization (RFA) process to ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements and objectives

About You
To qualify, you will need a Bachelor's degree in engineering,
operations research, mathematics, or physics, with a strong
background in test engineering or a related field and proven
experience managing test programs, including cost, schedule, and
performance.
Recent graduates with relevant experience and a strong drive to
succeed are encouraged to apply.
The following are required:
U.S. citizenship
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain
one
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to
a reliable, registered vehicle
Ability to undergo a criminal records check
Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly
valued:
Experience managing test programs, including cost, schedule, and
performance oversight
Strong knowledge of NAVWAR objectives and GPS-based navigation
systems
Proficiency in employing innovative techniques, including
computer-aided engineering tools, to achieve test goals
Familiarity with the GPS Radio Frequency Authorization (RFA)
process and relevant regulatory requirements
Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating complex data and
developing actionable solutions
Proven ability to prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and
presentations
