Job Description:
BigTime is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the
development and integration of AI-powered features into our SaaS
platform while driving innovation with our integrations and APIs.
This pivotal role sits at the intersection of technology, business
strategy, and user experience. As a key player in our product team,
you will leverage your expertise in artificial intelligence,
machine learning, and integration technologies to define product
strategies, deliver innovative solutions, and enhance customer
satisfaction.As the Senior Product Manager, you'll craft a vision
that harnesses the transformative power of AI and machine learning
to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance our customers'
ability to make smarter decisions. You will own the strategy and
execution of AI-driven features, ensuring BigTime's products not
only meet customer needs but also set new standards in the
professional services industry. This role will shape how AI is
embedded into our platform, focusing on building intelligent,
scalable, and user-friendly tools that empower our users.What You
Are Accountable For:AI Product Strategy and Execution:
- Define product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders,
data scientists, and engineers, ensuring AI solutions meet customer
needs and deliver measurable value.
- Integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into the user experience,
enabling smarter decision-making and maximizing efficiency for
professional services organizations.
- Champion our new, centralized data layer as the foundation for
future AI applications within the platform, which also includes
managing the roadmap for this product.
- Prioritize features and releases by balancing customer needs,
technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Stay informed on advancements in AI, machine learning, and
related fields to continuously improve and evolve our
products.
- Ensure ethical guidelines are incorporated into AI product
development, focusing on fairness, transparency, and
privacy.Integration & API Roadmap:
- Develop and manage the product roadmap for Integrations and
APIs in line with the company's growth strategy.
- Leverage customer feedback and market analysis to shape new
features and enhancements.
- Drive adoption of integration technologies, including APIs,
Webhooks, and iPaaS solutions, to meet customer requirements and
expand product capabilities.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and
marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and
execution.
- Act as a liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, and
external partners to align product strategy with business
objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring
transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.Product
Delivery and Analytics:
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, maintaining
high-quality standards and meeting delivery timelines.
- Monitor the performance of products using key performance
indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to enhance
outcomes.
- Manage product launches to ensure successful adoption by
customers and internal teams.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation to support
development, training, and marketing efforts.Who You Are:
- 5+ years of technical product management experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing SaaS products with a proven
track record of delivering AI-powered features.
- Strong understanding of web services (SOAP, REST, JSON,
XML).
- Experience launching new products and managing product roadmaps
in high-growth environments.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to stay at the forefront of the
industry.
- Skilled collaborator with engineering teams to deliver
high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to inform
product decisions.
- Self-starter with excellent prioritization and execution skills
in fast-paced environments.
- Background in program or project management and experience with

measurable value to our customers.The expected salary for this
position ranges from $110,000 - $160,000 annually. The actual
salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into
account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to,
relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable,
licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a
competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for
additional types of compensation such as bonuses.Applicants must be
