Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Director, Global Technology
to manage customer accounts and drive cybersecurity service
delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage major customer account relationships, focusing on sales
growth and customer satisfaction
Lead a cross-functional team to execute assessment projects and
develop account strategies
Establish metrics-based governance to demonstrate value and
differentiate from competitors
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in customer/account management or
information security
3+ years of consulting management experience with a focus on
customer satisfaction
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST,
PCI-DSS)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams
