Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and design targeted
learning solutions
Develop and optimize learning programs, ensuring positive
participant experiences
Establish metrics to evaluate learning initiatives and refine
programming for improvement
Required Qualifications
6-8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related
field
Experience building scalable learning experiences in a growing or
start-up environment
Proven experience designing and delivering live and digital
learning programs
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple priorities
Demonstrated success with learning technologies and measuring
program effectiveness
