Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in property and casualty claims, with a
focus on property claims
3+ years in a senior leadership role within claims
Experience in managing and scaling large teams
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or industry
certifications are a plus
Ability to work in a remote environment
