Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Compensation Lawyer to
join their team remotely for a duration of 4 to 6 months, with
potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain global equity compensation programs, ensuring
compliance with local laws
Provide strategic guidance on global bonus plans and executive
compensation disclosures
Manage securities filings, tax reporting, and assist with M&A
executive compensation due diligence
Required Qualifications
7+ years of legal experience focusing on executive compensation
In-depth knowledge of global stock plan regulations
Extensive experience with restricted stock units and global
securities compliance
Ability to manage complex communication strategies for a
multinational workforce
Strong understanding of securities filings and international
compensation regulations
