Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior User Education Manager to lead
user education and in-platform communications for their SaaS
platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive user education strategy across
multiple channels
Create and maintain documentation and self-service learning
resources, measuring their effectiveness
Advocate for user needs and translate insights into actionable
recommendations for improving platform usability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on clear written communication
or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or
user education for software products
Exceptional technical writing skills with the ability to simplify
complex concepts
Experience working with Support and/or Account Management teams to
identify and close knowledge gaps
Strong project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced
environment
