Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Specialist (Remote
Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
Educate potential patients and family members on the program and
enroll them
Assist patients with navigating the program app/website and address
technical issues
Initiate and respond to patient calls, assess eligibility, and
maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
Experience working in a quota-driven environment
Passionate about improving healthcare effectiveness and
efficiency
Experience engaging with customers/patients in a sales capacity
Experience with outbound calling and leveraging technology in a
professional setting
