Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Accounts Representative
responsible for managing collections and resolving delinquent
student accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor assigned student accounts for payment accuracy and contact
students regarding delinquent payments
Work with students to establish satisfactory payment terms and
process inquiries related to open balances
Prepare financial reports and collaborate with other functions to
resolve disputes and recommend account adjustments
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in collection procedures and dispute resolution is
highly desired
Experience in an automated call center environment and knowledge of
financial billing systems is a plus
Ability to work in a high-volume production environment and meet
deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
