Job Description:
A company is looking for an Evaluation and Assessment Services
Team Lead for the USAID/Afghanistan Monitoring, Evaluation,
Collaboration, and Learning Activity (MECLA), remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage evaluation and assessment activities, including budget
management and communication with USAID
Lead recruitment of technical consultants and advise on development
of SOWs and evaluation designs
Support analysis of evaluation data and participate in evaluation
teams as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum eight (8) years in design, management, and implementation
of evaluations and assessments
Bachelor's degree in international development, statistics,
economics, or related field; Master's preferred
Expertise in conducting MEL activities and drafting evaluation
reports
Proven skills in quantitative and qualitative methodologies
Experience in training and mentoring on evaluation-related
subjects
