Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst to support
their Specialty products in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain extensive knowledge of products and compliance
requirements
Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot customer issues
Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical
issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work
experience
2 years of experience in a customer-facing product support role
preferred
Familiarity with MS SQL
Ability to balance multiple priorities and work independently
Experience in developing and maintaining database scripts
