A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner,
Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on Sales
roles
Partner closely with hiring managers and department leads
throughout the recruitment process
Conceptualize and execute applicant sourcing strategies to engage
with passive talent
Required Qualifications
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in Sales
roles
Knowledge of talent in the B2B SaaS space
Proficiency with ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse
Ability to build trust and rapport with hiring teams and
stakeholders
Organizational skills to manage multiple roles across the
organization
