Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager 1, Installation.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models to forecast project revenue,
expenses, and profitability
Prepare budgets for commercial projects and track financial
performance through variance analysis
Assist in reviewing subcontractor agreements and conduct detailed
cost analysis to identify improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably with an emphasis on Accounting; MBA
or advanced degree is a plus
5-6 years of experience in the construction industry or a related
field
Strong understanding of accounting, analysis, and forecasting
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
Ability to understand and follow company policies and applicable
laws
