Key Responsibilities
Build engagement models with customers, partners, and internal
stakeholders
Manage relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical
professionals
Deliver program planning and customer-facing reviews
Required Qualifications
Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree (or currently
pursuing)
2+ years of work experience in customer success, solution delivery,
or portfolio management
Equivalent experience may be considered
1+ year(s) relevant work experience within the customer industry
(preferred)
Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365) is
preferred
