Job Title:Senior Principal Engineer/Delivery Manager - Marketing TechnologyLocation:Block 23What you'll do:This position will lead the engineering and support efforts for a suite of marketing technologies, with a focus on public website management and SaaS-based marketing platforms. This role includes direct oversight of both internal teams and external vendors to ensure the effective and secure functioning of all marketing technologies. As a senior engineer within the marketing domain, this individual will shape and drive the technical roadmap and expand capabilities in alignment with strategic goals.This role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and strong communication skills. This role will collaborate closely with business partners and IT leadership, offering both technical direction and solutions that enhance marketing operations and customer engagement. Key to success in this role are critical thinking skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to foster partnerships across the organization.This position is ONSITE ONY located in Phoenix, AZ.

• Website development, testing, and CI/CD deployment.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data privacy best practices.
• Progression in engineering or architectural roles, with expertise in scoping and managing large-scale technology implementations.
• DNS configuration, SSL certificate management, and experience with vulnerability and penetration testing.
• Proficiency in Drupal and PHP development.
• Expertise in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and cookie consent management.
• IT Service Management (Change, Incident, and Problem Management).
• Content Security Policy (CSP) strategy and management.
• Proven ability to manage hosting, server security, CMS maintenance, and performance optimization with external vendors.
• Strong background in providing technical support for SEO and analytics efforts.
• Experience in managing outbound bulk email strategies, including sender reputation, send volume, and security configurations.What you'll need:
  • 10 + years in B2B Marketing Technology and management of corporate websites.
  • Experience in financial services industry with proven regulatory and compliance discipline.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. Master's degree in business or technical discipline considered a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 + years' experience in a role overseeing technology delivery, software development in an agile environment, project management, project financial budgets, IT consulting, or related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize activities for early delivery that drive the greatest benefit.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, deliver innovation, and drive improved user experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences and senior business management.
