Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote USCIS Parole and Renewal PF
Legal Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze case documents and prepare parole and renewal applications
for filing with government agencies
Communicate with clients and foreign nationals to assist with the
parole and renewal process
Track and manage the status of parole and renewal cases using case
management systems
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of experience in immigration law, specifically
with parole and renewal petitions
Familiarity with USCIS or other immigration agency procedures for
parole and renewal filings
Previous experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or in another
legal capacity
Proficiency with case management software and other legal tools
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required
