Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior RFP Writer to focus on
proposal writing and project management for Benefits Administration
proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to create proposals that meet client
needs and business objectives
Analyze RFP/RFI requirements and develop proposal outlines,
schedules, and content matrices
Manage multiple proposals simultaneously while ensuring compliance
and meeting deadlines
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal writing
5+ years of project management experience
Familiarity with complex proposal processes and RFP/RFI
requirements
Experience developing content in healthcare, financial, technical,
or other complex industries
