Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Community Engagement Manager
for the Experiences business in North America and Latin
America.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between the central Community team and
the regional Host Community
Lead community support, growth, and engagement initiatives for
Hosts
Design and execute local community programs and organize events to
foster Host connections
Required Qualifications
8+ years of demonstrated experience in community management
Previous experience in scaling communities while maintaining high
engagement
Strong project management skills with experience in leading
programs
Fluency in English and Spanish
Ability to align community goals with business objectives
